Perhaps for the more advanced users you will want some kind of directory, but giving a rich url structure to google will solve the vast majority of navigation problems.Danhttp://www.mooreds.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8133719028381465617.post-68756407686985271752013-04-19T11:35:28.562-07:002013-04-19T11:35:28.562-07:00Awesome! Here's a version with unfiltered imagery, which can be a bit dominant in this context: http://dev.geosprocket.com/templates/geoportal/#17/44.51311/-73.24707

And the buildings are indeed outdated in many cases. The city hasn't had the staff/cash for an update in awhile. But fortunately they're on OSM now, so you can update them yourself! http://openstreetmap.us/iD/release/#layer=Bing&map=15.83/-73.2459/44.5111Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00754519402032057803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8133719028381465617.post-46797848251088680582013-04-19T10:51:36.030-07:002013-04-19T10:51:36.030-07:00...and that's some fast downloading. Had a bit of difficulty finding my house (sans search function) as the building footprint is incorrectly shaped (I think it is from the original 1970s floor plan) and the imagery is too dark. Had to click around on polygons to get the right address. That being said the speed at which it returned the information was so fast this wasn't too much of a hassle. If only my desktop GIS (shall go nameless) was so responsive!Jarlath O'Neil-Dunnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08554942198390184997noreply@blogger.com
